Our next tax sale is posted below. The sale will take place at our new office location of 411 E. Solomon Street, Griffin, Georgia. Files will be available once advertising starts. The ads will run in the Griffin Daily News on Tuesdays beginning four weeks before the date of the tax sale.
We usually start the bidding between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer using the bidder registration form for our tax sales. We will now register bidders between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on the day of the tax sale. Each bidder will be assigned BIDDER number on that day. THE BIDDER MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BID. Please provide a driver’s license or other official ID card.

Excess Funds Requests from Tax Sales are now available and included here. No emails will be accepted.
